BabatData VTU Users' Policy

This BabatData VTU Users' Policy governs the use of bill payment services provided through our VTU App, which includes mobile airtime, data bundles, electricity (NEPA), TV subscriptions, internet, and other utility bills.

3. Processing Time

Most transactions are processed instantly. However, depending on the service provider, a few payments (especially electricity or TV subscriptions) may take up to 5–15 minutes. In rare cases, delays may occur due to network issues or third-party downtime.

4. Receipts & Transaction Logs

All successful payments are recorded in the app with a unique transaction ID and timestamp. Users can view their history in the app and receive email/SMS receipts where enabled.

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Refunds may be processed as wallet credits or reversed to the original payment method, depending on the situation.

If a transaction fails and your money is debited, please wait 15 minutes for auto-resolution. If unresolved, contact support with your transaction ID, phone number, and payment method.

Disputes can be submitted to our customer support within 48 hours of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve genuine claims as quickly as possible, usually within 24–72 hours.

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 uptime, services may occasionally be interrupted due to technical maintenance or external provider issues. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party APIs or platforms.
